Maintenance: DC5 – ACI Hardware & Software Upgrade

As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, Iomart will be carrying out maintenance at 21:00 (GMT) on Friday, 7th February 2025 and last until 5:00 (GMT) on Monday, 10th February 2025.

The work will specifically involve the network in Data Centre Maidenhead (DC5). We are writing to inform you of our intention to carry out this maintenance.

Will I experience downtime? Due to multiple levels of resiliency in the DC5 Data Centre Switching Fabric there is no expected downtime to existing services during the work.

However, during the maintenance window, the automations that handle provisioning of network services will need to be disabled.

So, it will not be possible to provision new customer networks during this time and customers will not be able to process remote KVM, and/or OOB requests via the usual automated method.

Email Platform Email deliverability - Microsoft

We are still seeing isolated issues with the Microsoft platforms (at Microsoft).

We have worked tirelessly to do whatever we can to help them solve this, and those conversations continue. Please do keep reporting any issues you see, Our teams are online to help 24x7, as always.

We are still seeing issues with deliverability for some email senders this morning.

We are trying to alleviate the issues, which are largely out of our control. We are still reaching out to Microsoft, requesting them for assistance.
