Planned Maintenance: DC5-unity-04 Upgrade Scheduled 28-03-24 2300 - 30-03-24 0200(GMT)

As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, iomart will be carrying out planned work on 28/03/24. The work will be an upgrade to the SAN Operating Environment (OE).

The maintenance work will begin at 23:00 (GMT) on 28th Mar and last until 02:00 (GMT) on 30th Mar.

Maintenance: Update – Storage Array Upgrade of Operating System and Disk Firmware

The maintenance work will begin at 23:00 (BST) on 1st April and last until 03:00 (BST) on 2nd April.

Wednesday 11th December 2019

Migration of wasp.xssl.net

Due to an issue with the system on the server wasp.xssl.net we are currently in the progress of syncing accounts across to new hardware.

Due to the nature of the issue, we need to move this as soon as possible so we will be looking at performing the migration later this evening (Wednesday 11th).

This will require downtime of the server, however we will do our best to keep this to a minimum. Updates will follow as this is progressed.

Update [19:40] We've now began the migration of wasp to new hardware. During this time your sites will not be accessible. We hope this will be a swift migration.

Update [20:30] Most websites should now be up and running. Anyone using a dedicated IP address will have a slightly longer wait while we work out some kinks.

Update [22:10] All works now completed. If you're experiencing any technical issues please raise a support ticket and we'll be happy to assist.

Connectivity issues for some VPS customers

We're aware of some connectivity issues currently affecting customers that host VPS servers with ourselves. We're currently investigating this and will update you shortly.

[Update - 10:45] Things should now be online, our networking team are continuing to investigate the cause of the outage. Further updates to follow.

Issues affecting Indigo.xssl.net

We are currently investigating an issues with the cPanel server Indigo.xssl.net.

The issue is currently affecting web and mail services.

Update: 16:40 We're currently migrating data off this server to new Hardware. We're hoping to complete the migration tonight, this may incur some downtime while the work is carried out.

Update: 22:58 The migration to new Hardware is complete and most customers should be up and running. Anyone with a dedicated IP address will have a slightly longer wait while we sort out your IP addresses. We appreciate your patience.

Update: 23:50 Dedicated IP's now working. If you're experiencing any issues please raise a ticket.

Issues affecting Plesk 61, Plesk 65, and Plesk69

We are currently investigating issues with the following servers: plesk61.hostinguk.net - 79.171.34.4 plesk65.hostinguk.net - 79.171.39.7 plesk69.hostinguk.net - 79.171.34.12

We are currently investigating the issue, however services on these hosts are currently down. Updates will be provided as the issue is progressed.

Update 15:11 The servers plesk61 and plesk65 are currently up however we are still monitoring these and checking over services.

update 15:14 The server Plesk61 has gone down again. We are checking this.

update 15:40 The server plesk61 is currently running again, we have stopped some services we believe may be causing an issue and are still monitoring.

Update 16:16 All 3 servers are currently up. We believe we have found the service that is causing the issue and are currently running through this with the third party software providers.

Update 04/12/2019 - 09:00AM We're working with CloudLinux to try and get to the root-cause of the problem. This does unfortunately mean you may see more interruption to your services.
