cPanel and MariaDb/MySQL Issue

The automated cPanel update process on November 5th has resulted in an issue with MariaDB (MySQL).

cPanel have provided advice on the following link:

For Shared Hosting and Managed Server customers, we are working through systems and downgrading MariaDB as they advise. If we have not yet reverted the update to your service will do so as soon as possible,.

If you are not a Shared Hosting customer or do not have a Managed Service, please follow the advice above if your web site(s) are currently down or affected by the issue.

We are investigating packet loss to some servers which will be manifesting itself to customers as slow access too servers.

Connectivity issues to some United Hosting Servers

We are seeing sustained and ongoing attacks on some United Hosting shared servers which is causing issues for some United Hosting customers.

This incident has the highest priority and our teams are working actively to mitigate the effects. Due to the nature of the incident at this time it is not possible to provide an ETA to full resolution.

We're currently investigating slow performance which is affecting some services on the network.
