Domain Management Notice

At present, we are not seeing any active issues with domain management services. However, we are monitoring a technical matter that may potentially affect certain domain management actions for some TLDs.

Possible impact (if it occurs): For a limited number of TLDs (not all), the following actions could be temporarily affected:

Existing domains will continue to resolve DNS normally New domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are processing as usual

Our team is actively monitoring the situation. If you do experience any issues when making changes to your domain, please log a support ticket through your control panel so we can assist promptly.

We're aware of some performance issues with the shared hosting server indigo.xssl.net. Our engineers are working on this. Updates will be posted, as we know more.

We are currently peforming critical updates to the mail4.hostinguk.net (also accessed via mail6.hostinguk.net) and mail2.hostinguk.net servers.

Services including POP, IMAP, and SMTP will unavailable until this work is complete, with the maintenance window is expected to last several hours.
