We are aware of issues on our mail4.hostinguk.net server. This is currently being looked into and we will be back in touch as soon as we have any information for you on this.

The mail issue on Mail4.hostinguk.net is now resolved, however, if you are still experiencing issues, please do open a support ticket and we will investigate this further.
The system is running an index of all mailboxes. This is causing a backlog of email to be spooled waiting to be delievered. Unfortunately this process needs to finish before the email spool will clear. At this time we do not have an estimate of when this will be completed.
