We are aware of an issue causing customers to not be able to update their nameservers within their client area at https://billing.hostinguk.net.

We will keep you updated on this. However, if you have any issues, please open a support ticket.

We are currently unable to process domains orders currently impacting:

registrations renewal transfers

A fix has been put in place and all domain registrations, renewals and transfers are now being processed, and SSL orders are being accepted as expected.
