We are currently unable to process domains orders currently impacting:

registrations renewal transfers

A fix has been put in place and all domain registrations, renewals and transfers are now being processed, and SSL orders are being accepted as expected.

We are aware of issues in our Texas datacentre. Our senior engineers are currently looking into this.

We will provide a further update as soon as we have one.
