We're aware of some issues with our USA TX1 Racks, we're currently investigating the issues.

Issues affecting Cloud Servers

We're currently investigating an issue with the Cloud platform that is affecting some servers.

For those experiencing any issues, the suggested fix is to reboot the server from your control panel. For any further issues, please raise a ticket to support.
