We're aware of an issue affecting MySQL on nova.simpleservers.co.uk This is currently being investigated.

All customers have been migrated to a new server, you should also have received an email to confirm this. If you're still seeing an issue please let our support team know.

A fault has been found with the MySQL instance on the server. We're currently in the process of migrating customers to a new host. The backup data we're using for this task was taken at 2AM today (UK TIME) This does mean any changes between 2AM and now will be lost.
