Hardware Issue affecting some servers

Engineers are currently working to resolve an hardware fault affecting the FTP5, FTP6, FTP9, FTP12, and SQL8 (containing SQL2, 3, and 4) servers.

These servers are currently being restored from backup and further updates on progress will be updated here.
