Issue with SQL Server sql9.hostinguk.net Wednesday 15th January 2020 07:00:00
We are currently investigating an issue with one of our SQL servers sql9.hostinguk.net. At this time databases services are down on this host which will impact some sites.
We will provide updates as this is progressed.
The transfer to new hardware has been posted while some further tests are performed. A further update will be posted here to confirm scheduling.
The SQL9 server is now back online.
We are working to deploy new hardware and will be migrating the database services over to this new hardware later tonight.
We have now got the server running on the pre-existing hardware so services should be running.
We will look at moving this at a later date to new hardware out of hours to minimize disruption.
The issue is hardware related. We are looking at replacements now while working on the existing server.
