Past Incidents

We are currently investigating an issue affecting our Sitebuilder service, which is presenting a 500 error within Plesk. Our technical teams are actively working to identify the problem and implement a resolution as quickly as possible.

We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Hosting UK will be carrying out a planned infrastructure migration, moving services from our North Wales data centre to our Tier 3 Maidenhead data centre.

Impact

During the maintenance window:

Dedicated servers hosted in our North Wales data centre will be powered down and unavailable while they are physically relocated. Affected shared hosting platforms will also be temporarily unavailable while migration activities are completed. Websites, email services, databases, and other hosted services on affected platforms may experience downtime. Services may be unavailable for the entire maintenance window, although we expect many services to be restored sooner where possible.
