We have received reports of customers using Apple devices are not able to connect to our Hosted Exchange service - iPhone/iMac/iPad. This issue does look to be intermittent and is not affecting all customers using this device.
This is under investigation by our engineers currently. If you are experiencing this issue please open up a Support Ticket to our Technical Support and provide both the email settings you currently use & the exact error you are receiving.

We are currently performing an emergency update to our SolidCP Control panel. During this time, you may find the MS Dev Control panel/SolidCP inaccessible.
Mail and web services should be unaffected by this.
