We're aware of a problem with the Spam Experts cluster being used by some of our shared hosting servers and a few cloud/dedicated servers. This currently being looked at by the vendors.
Engineers are taking the plesk41, (also knows as plesk65, plesk73) offline for a short period to replace some failed hardware. The server should be offline only briefly.
