We're aware of issues within DC8 that is affecting dedicated services as well as the client area and support panel.

We have our senior engineers investigating the issue and we will provide further updates as soon as we have them.

plesk89.hostinguk.net - Upgrades

We are upgrading some services on plesk89, expect some short downtime of the Plesk Panel. Will be upgrading from Maria 10.3, to Maria 11.4

Emergency Maintenance (hercules.xssl.net) - 17/10/2020 - 22:00-22:30

Our engineering team has identified a high risk firmware bug on the top of rack switch for rack R-A06 @ DC5 GUE. In order to resolve this we will simply need to reboot the switch. During the 30-minute maintenance window, your service(s) will remain powered on however all connectivity will drop while we carry out the reboot.

Servers Affected: hercules.xssl.net

When will this work be carried out? The maintenance works will be carried out at 22:00 UK time on 17/10/2020.

Expected downtime: 5-10 minutes.
