Plesk Notification: Vulnerability with myLittleAdmin

We have just received a notification from Plesk regarding a vulnerability with myLittleAdmin. They have advised that myLittleAdmin to be removed from the server, they do not have an immediate fix and it looks unlikely they are not going to produce an update at any point in the future. For more information on this issue please see:

https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2020-13166

Going forward we are removing myLittleAdmin to help avoid the issues caused by the vulnerability. Customers will be able to use SQL Management Studio, here is the latest version of this software:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/ssms/download-sql-server-management-studio-ssms?view=sql-server-ver15

If you wish to import or export the database you can still use the Plesk tools & Backup.

Sectigo CA Expiry

We are aware of an issue affecting some services using Sectigo SSL certificates issued prior to 1st May 2020, caused by the expiry of a root certificate which validates the authority of the SSL. This issue affects some older software resulting in a certificate error or warning. Further information can be found via https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048670574-Root-CA-Certificate-Expiration .

The necessary fix is to reinstall the SSL certificate bundle issued by Sectigo.

If you have purchased the affected SSL from us, it is possible to download the certificate again from your client are to install on your website. If you purchased the SSL from a third party, please check with them on obtaining a copy of your SSL. If you are a managed or shared hosting customer the SSL update has ether already been applied or will be as soon as humanly possible. If you need any assistance we're happy to install the updated certificate for you.

If you are still having difficulty please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do everything we can to assist.
