Past Incidents

We are currently investigating a network issue with one of the shared cPanel servers hercules.xssl.net.

We are currently working on the issue and will provide updates as this is progressed.

Engineers are currently working to resolve an hardware fault affecting the FTP5, FTP6, FTP9, FTP12, and SQL8 (containing SQL2, 3, and 4) servers.

These servers are currently being restored from backup and further updates on progress will be updated here.
