We're currently investigating an intermittent issue with the MySQL service on the server mysq01.myhostcp.com.
This will affect access to databases which will result in site errors. More updates will be posted as this is progressed.
The issue has been resolved. Services are back up and databases should be accessible again.
If you continue to have any issues, please raise this with support.
