SQL connectivity issues on plesk74.hostinguk.net Tuesday 6th October 2020 14:30:00

We are currently investigating an issue where the plesk web server (plesk74.hostinguk.net) is unable to connect to the SQL server (sql11.hostinguk.net).

Currently, we believe the issue is isolated to these 2 servers. We are investigating this further. We will provide any further updates as the issue is progressed.

There was a network issue between the 2 servers. This has now been resolved and database connections can be made.

We're still watching this issue however if you do find any further problems, please let us know.
