Our networks team have notified us that they plan to complete emergency maintenance to fully resolve the issue that caused the outage earlier today.
This work will occur during a maintenance window starting 28/8/2020 23:00 to 29/8/2020 06:00, and all of the work will be completed by our experienced iomart network team with Cisco TAC assistance if required.
During this maintenance window between 28/8/2020 23:00 to 29/8/2020 06:00 we expect a brief outage lasting no more than 5 minutes.
