We're currently investigating a loss of connectivity to some services.

Our network team are working on this as a matter of urgency.

Following maintenances work last night this issue is now considered resolved.

Our networks team has been able to restore service now although there is still some work to do in order to resolve this.

I’m sure you are keen for an explanation as to what happened. This will be investigated within the networking team along with Cisco who will determine the root cause and ultimately produce the Reason For Outage (RFO)

We're seeing connectivity restored to the majority of services. Our teams are continuing to monitor the issue.
