We are aware of a issue in client area which is stopping clients using the console option on VMs.

We are investigating.

We are aware that the issue has reoccured, we are currently checking this from our end and will provide an update as soon as we have one.

We can confirm that the issue has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

We are still working with the software vendor to resolve this issue, the issue has been identified and we are awaiting further updates.

We have engaged with the software vendors, however, we do not have an ETA for resolution at this time.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, to further note; SSH and direct server access remain unaffected.
