We are investigating an issue on our shared hosting and email environments, our technicians are aware of this and working towards a resolution.
All email, Web and FTP issues on PLESK 69 are fully operational.
We have identified the issues with email are specifically related to customers using "Spam Experts" on PLESK69
Websites are serving as expected however we have reports that customers cannot connect via FTP. We are also receiving reports that there are still ongoing email issues on PLESK60 which our technicians are aware of.
Email should now be fully operational, we will continue to monitor this throughout the day. If you do notice anything not quite right please reach out to our support team.

We have identified the issue to be isolated to some customers on plesk69, Our technicians are working on resolving the issue and services will return to normal as soon as possible.
