Service upgrade - Mail4/ Wednesday 6th July 2022 21:00:00

We have commenced the email service upgrade.

What will happen? On Wednesday 6th of July we will be upgrading our mail servers to the latest version of the SmarterMail software. These updates include new features to help you in keeping your service secure, like Multi Factor authentication.

When will the work be carried out? The maintenance window will begin at 21:00 (BST) on Wednesday 6th of July until 04:00 (BST) Thursday 7th of July.

Who will be completing the work? All the work will be completed by our experienced technical support team.

Will I experience downtime? Within the maintenance window service will be taken offline to complete the upgrade of software. The upgrade itself is expected to result in downtime not exceeding 1 hour. During this time, you will not be able to access any of your email services, and any emails sent will be queued for delivery once the service is back online.

The upgrade has been completed successfully.
