Engineers are working to resolve an issue with otter.xssl.net.
We have not had any issues since the patch applied yesterday. We believe the issue has now been resolved
We have now applied a fix which should fix the bug that was in the previous release. We are still monitoring though to make sure this has fixed the issue.
The software vendors have confirmed this was due to a bug in their latest update. We are reverting this update on the servers now until the vendors release a fix.
The server is now back online. Engineers are continue to monitor the server closely.
