Urgent WordPress Security Update

Critical security vulnerabilities have been identified in recent versions of WordPress, with public exploits now available. Customers running WordPress should check their website immediately and update to the latest available version: 7.0.2, 6.9.5 or 6.8.6. Log in to your WordPress dashboard, select Updates, and click Update Now. We also recommend checking that your themes and plugins are fully updated.

We are currently peforming emergency maintenance to merg the mail.myhostcp.com server into mail9.hostinguk.net to avoid an extended outage of service.

Services on both servers will be offline for a short period while this work is completed.

cPanel and WHM access

We are aware of an issue currently impacting access to cPanel and WHM on shared server 78.129.143.40.

Our technical teams have identified the issue and are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible. We appreciate that this disruption may cause inconvenience and would like to reassure customers that resolving the issue is our highest priority.
