The issue has now been resolved, and all services are back to normal.

Engineers are working to resolve an issue with the xssl.net zone.
Engineers are working to resolve an issue with the ns1.quick-hosts.com nam server.
This does not impact any service to customer as there are 2 further name servers in place.
We're currently investigating an issue on the host for the MySQL servers mysql02.myhostcp.com & mysql03.hostinguk.net.
At this time databases are unavailable. We will post updates as they are progressed.
Tonight we will be carrying out some maintenance on the local MYSQL instance running on Plesk83.hostinguk.net. This shouldn't cause disruption to websites, but may impact email for a couple of minutes.
