Service Update – OnApp Platform (DC5 Maidenhead)
The issue has now been resolved, and all services are back to normal.

Engineers are working to resolve a fault with MYSQL01.
Further updates will be posted here.
We are currently performing a MySQL upgrade on the server plesk77.hostinguk.net (Wordpress Pro Packages will be affected) to a newer version.
This is to allow for newer features and to make sure the MySQL installation continues to receive security updates.
While this is ongoing MySQL services will be off meaning sites will be affected as well as access to the Plesk Panel.
