Email Platform Email deliverability - Microsoft

We are still seeing isolated issues with the Microsoft platforms (at Microsoft).

We have worked tirelessly to do whatever we can to help them solve this, and those conversations continue. Please do keep reporting any issues you see, Our teams are online to help 24x7, as always.

We are still seeing issues with deliverability for some email senders this morning.

We are trying to alleviate the issues, which are largely out of our control. We are still reaching out to Microsoft, requesting them for assistance.

We can only apologise for any issues; we are doing everything possible to try and help.

Email Platform Email Deliverability - Sporadic issues.

Email Delivery Issues: We are aware of some email deliverability issues occurring outside of the Hosting UK network. We are actively collaborating with Microsoft to address these issues and mitigate them as much as possible.

Top Tip: If you regularly communicate with anyone, please encourage them to whitelist your email address.

Wednesday 28th February 2024

Plesk75 Emergency maintenance.

We are rebooting the Plesk75 server to replace failed hardware. We anticipate 5- 10 minutes downtime.

Tuesday 27th February 2024


We are currently unable to receive support requests via livechat, customers should raise tickets via their support area.

Tuesday 20th February 2024


We have a loss of redundancy on our network for customers in our Gosport Data Centre.

Virgin Media are on-site repairing the damaged fibre.

This issue is advisory and not service impacting.
