Our network engineers have identified an issue with one of our provider uplinks.
This has been escalated for further investigation, as the impact has now affected all services in our York and Manchester Data centres.
For those impacted, please raise a support ticket with our team so we can ensure you have the appropriate RFO/RCO when it is published.
