Due to the recently announced vulnerability in cPanel you may see that cPanel and Webmail is unavailable to some services. We have issued patches to all impacted services, but where necessary have blocked access to the cPanel and Webmail ports as a preventative measure while we work to ensure services are secure.
We are aware of an issue affecting some services in our DC8 facility. This impacts some shared web and email services, and some dedicated servers.
