We are aware of a recently identified security vulnerability affecting certain Linux operating systems, including software used across the hosting industry. The vulnerability, identified as CVE-2026-98432, could potentially affect server stability or availability under specific circumstances.

What are we doing?

Our technical teams are aware of the issue and are actively monitoring security updates from the relevant software vendors. We are reviewing affected systems and are prepared to apply the necessary security patches as soon as they become available.

Do customers need to do anything?

For customers using our managed hosting infrastructure, no immediate action is required. If you manage your own server, we recommend keeping your operating system updated and applying any relevant security patches once released.

Shared and Managed services will need to be restarted once the vendor releases the patch. We will publish restart timings as soon as more information is available. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Service Update - The PHP security update addressing the recently disclosed critical vulnerabilities has now been released. We are currently updating PHP across our platforms in line with the vendor-provided patches and are prioritising deployment to ensure all affected systems are secured as quickly as possible. For customers managing their own servers, we strongly recommend applying the relevant PHP updates at the earliest opportunity.
