TX1 DC - Network Issues

We're aware of some issues with our USA TX1 Racks, we're currently investigating the issues.

plesk89.hostinguk.net - Upgrades

We are upgrading some services on plesk89, expect some short downtime of the Plesk Panel. Will be upgrading from Maria 10.3, to Maria 11.4

Past Incidents

Shared Hosting servers (UH) wasp.xssl.net chassis swap

The shared server wasp.xssl.net is showing a hardware fault, due to which its chassis is being swapped.

Replacement server has been set up, onto which the accounts have been copied over.

At 10 am, we'll turn off services on the old server, and do a final sync of files and databases to the new server. The IP addresses of the old server will then be assigned to the new one so no changes will have to be made to the installation, plugin or DNS from customers' side.
